We've got more ways to win this year with new categories, including Best Green Salsa, Best Red Salsa, and Most Unique Ingredient. And the ultimate honor? The GOAT Trophy for the Best Overall Salsa.

SALSA ENTRY RULES:
Homemade Only – No store-bought jars or premade salsas. We’re here for the real deal. Yes, we will judge you.

Mild, Medium, or Melt-Your-Face-Off – Heat level is up to you — just label it clearly so our audience knows what they’re getting into.

Bring at Least 3-5 Quarts – Enough to serve 2oz samples for our crowd tastings (The people are your judges, so bring enough for a bunch of hungry tasters!)

Name Your Salsa! – We love a good pun or a spicy name. (Chunky Funk? Salsa Caliente? Holy Chip? Let it fly.)

Bring Your Own Chips OR Use What We Provide – Either way, everyone gets to dip and vote.

No Double Dipping – We will give you 2oz taster cups to hand out (for obvious reasons. We’re fun, not gross).

HOW VOTING WORKS:
Each guest gets 3 voting tokens when they arrive (free to attend and taste).

They taste, they savor, they vote with their tokens (by dropping one in the box next to their favorite salsa).

Most tokens = People’s Salsa Champ of the Year!
No bribing voters with tequila shots. (Okay... maybe one. But keep it classy.)
