Learn to make true artisan pizza like a pro with an interactive tour through the fundamentals of dough making, ingredient selection, stretching, saucing and topping, and cooking--all while eating, drinking, laughing, and learning with a little pizza history thrown in.
Each class includes 2 hours of instruction, plus appetizers, dinner (pizza, of course), and a loaf of artisan bread dough that you get to bring home and bake yourself. You're guaranteed to leave with a full stomach and newfound knowledge of pizza that help you to cook like a pizza pro!
28 Rotating Beers + Wines will be available for purchase at the bar.

DOORS OPEN: 5:30pm
INSTRUCTION TIME: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Hang out end enjoy your pizza and friends until 9:30pm

COUPLES TICKET: Includes one dough batch (To take home), two pizzas, and appetizers.
